AIME 2025: Asia Pacific’s Premier Business Events Show Returns Bigger and Better

Accommodation Singapore introduces

The Asia Pacific Incentives and Meetings Event (AIME) will take center stage at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC) from February 10 to 12, 2025. As the top gathering for the business events community in the Asia Pacific, AIME will bring together global event planners and connect them with premier destinations, venues, and suppliers.

AIME 2025, managed by Talk2 Media and Events on behalf of the Melbourne Convention Bureau (MCB), promises to be its largest edition yet. Event Director Silke Calder announced an expanded show footprint to accommodate over 650 exhibitors, 650 hosted buyers, and 20,000 meetings, surpassing last year’s record-breaking success.

In a landmark collaboration, the UFI 2025 Asia-Pacific Conference will co-locate with AIME in Melbourne, running at MCEC on February 13-14. This partnership will welcome senior delegates from major global organizations, further elevating AIME’s profile.

With 20 breakout sessions, attendees can tailor their experience, delving into topics such as AI, creativity, talent development, and consumer experience. Calder emphasized that the program offers unparalleled insights and actionable strategies.

Over two days, AIME 2025 attendees will connect with exhibitors, explore innovative zones, and participate in discussions and panels on industry trends. With more than 200 new exhibitors and two new international pavilions representing Singapore and Thailand, the event showcases global participation from nearly 30 countries.

Dedicated areas, including The Boutique and DMC Network, will spotlight bespoke experiences, such as luxury wineries and distilleries. Returning features like the Ideas Academy, presented by Spice, will offer thought-provoking discussions.

The AIME Welcome Event, a hallmark of the exhibition, provides a vibrant platform for industry professionals to reconnect and celebrate. Attendees can look forward to a night of networking and camaraderie with global colleagues.

With its expanded scope and world-class programming, AIME 2025 is set to be a milestone event for the international business events sector.
